The L-frame can work as either an inside or outside mount, if you’d like to keep your existing window trim, and is available in Polywood® faux wood shutters, Ovation® hardwood shutters, reclaimed wood shutters and Studio™ shutters.
Z-Frame Shutters - Z-frames are a widely-chosen style because they give you a stylized, elegant look to your window, similar to crown or bass molding. The name “Z-frame” comes from the shape of its exterior, which is mounted on the inside of the window jamb, but hugs the jamb and extends to the outside in a “Z” figure. That wraparound shape makes it so you don’t even need window trim around the window. Z-frames are available in for all of our shutter products.
Decorative Frame Shutters - A decorative frame delivers on the style front. With stylish texture and an elegant shape, this frame looks fantastic for windows that don’t have any trim, or if you want to cover your existing trim. Decorative frames are available in Ovation and Polywood shutters only.
